 Not as good as Apple's November 30, 2008
It connects fine and it recharges the ipod but it takes forever to charge, not nearly as fast as the Apple one. If you're like me and you only charge it through your computer you'll have to be aware that it takes longer to charge.

I got this as a backup connector to use at work. It works just like the one that came with the iPod. I have no complaints.

The picture shows an original Ipod connector. The product shipped to me was a generic model. Not exactly the same.
